The ZEPHA 2 is our flagship cold water wetsuit model - with every feature included to make this range the ultimate performance wetsuit.
The Hooded Zepha2 5/4/3 is perfect thickness for winter surfing and cold water conditions.
Developed and refined over the course of 10 years for North Devons best surfers, this is the warmest, best fitting wetsuit in our range. Don’t believe us? Well, team rider and big wave legend Andrew ‘Cotty’ Cotton had this to say about the Zepha model:
“I’ve been using the Zepha wetsuit since it was first designed. Warmth, durability and keeping mobile for performance are always key points and it definitely ticks all the boxes.”
Cotty’s taken this suit to the ends of the Earth and proven it in the coldest, hardest conditions… the Zepha is the real deal.
Although this suit is as high performance as it gets, you don’t have to be riding big waves in Mullaghmore to warrant getting one. It performs just as well for someone catching their first wave as it does for the pro’s.

Full Super XTEND Limestone Based Neoprene
What’s so great about Limestone based Neoprene you may ask??
Well…
- Firstly the process of making the wetsuit is far better for the environment when compared with Petroleum-based neoprene alternatives.
- The Limestone Neoprene is far more flexible and stretchy which makes sharp manoeuvres a piece of cake.
- Limestone Neoprene has a higher ozone and UV resistance making it far more durable and less likely to turn brittle over time.
Compared with less high performance wetsuits, The Zepha suit is made entirely from Limestone Based Neoprene for maximum flexibility.
Tiki’s Advanced Drylining
You certainly won't find this in your everyday wetsuit! One of our latest and most advanced features, this lining is super fast drying between surfs and due to its max wicking action it feels toasty at all times. We’re still amazed at how effective this feature really is! No one likes putting a wetsuit on that still feels wet and cold... so why put yourself through it??
Double Lock GBS + Taped Seams
Seam quality is hugely important when it comes to wetsuits - they play a big role in keeping the suit watertight, and also influence how comfortable the suit is, both in terms of flexibility and chafing.
That’s why we’ve used top of the line, twice glued and double lock blind-stitching on external seams, so you can stay warm and comfortable in the line up for longer. No more calling it a day early.
GBS Seams (Glued Blind-Stitched) are the best choice for surfers, no question. The edge of the suits panels are glued and then stitched internally for strength. This stitch only goes partially through the neoprene, not quite reaching outside of the panels, resulting in an ultra watertight, flexible and super strong seam.
The seams are then fully taped internally, reinforcing the seams and preventing wear.
Duratec Knee Padding
The knees are often an area of the wetsuit that takes a beating over time. To combat this we use ultra durable and stretchy Duratec padding in the knees to reinforce and strengthen the area, increasing the life expectancy of your wetsuit drastically, whilst maintaining flexibility.
Wristy Cuffs
We've added tapered neoprene cuffs to grip the wearers wrist, ensuring there's minimal water penetration up the sleeves, even in the harshest of conditions. This feature also improves comfort and helps to prevent chafing.
Super Pre-Shaped
With well over 50 years of experience making wetsuits, we’ve produced (in our opinion) the best fitting wetsuit out there.

Chest Zip (otherwise known as ‘Front Zip’) wetsuits offer better fit and superior warmth when compared with back zip wetsuits. Chest zips are far shorter than back zips, meaning improved flexibility in the suit and reduced flushing.
That said, it’s worth noting that Chest Zip suits are, generally speaking, harder to get in and out of when compared with a Back Zip .
