Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring fins, leashes, or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Get Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
